The Wunda Chair and Bosu class is a dynamic and challenging workout that combines the benefits of both to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

This class incorporates a variety of Pilates exercises on the Wunda chair, such as leg presses, arm work, and core exercises, alongside balance and stability drills on the Bosu ball, including squats, lunges, and planks.

Participants can expect a full-body workout that targets all major muscle groups, challenging both strength and coordination while improving posture and flexibility. This class is designed for intermediate fitness levels.
